At Grocademy, your satisfaction is important to us. We’re committed to providing high-quality organic herbs, spices, and natural remedies. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (organic and consumable), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
Item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@grocademy.com with your order number and a photo of the product if damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., herbs, teas, powders)
Items purchased more than 7 days ago
Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at admin@grocademy.com with a photo of the product and your order number.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is not our fault, you are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
International Orders
Return and refund requests for orders outside the U.S., U.K., or Canada will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with your order details.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
